Picture update

Hi all. Here are some more pictures of my favourite subject. You guessed it, my scrumptious little man. He is soo much fun these days. Even if he doesn't sleep or eat, we make the best out of our days. He is progressing everyday. He blows me away. He has learnt how to put a cap on a bottle and continues to try to do it on others. He also tries to help do his shoes up (velcro), he lifts his feet up for socks, he gets in position on a pillow on the ground for his bottle, he chooses the order in which he wants to read his bedtime books (not always the same order but mostly), he flips his wet bath time book pages, and the newest is he does "open and close" gestures for the school bus song. He amazed me when he started that. I been showing him that since we started singing bus, but the gesture only just started. AND he now waves hello and goodbye, if he wants. He has done before but I was unsure if he knew or if I knew what he was doing. But now he does. Another knew gesture is knocking. I knock to our brushing teeth song, I knock with a Dr. Seuss books and now he knocks.

So here are the pictures.

He likes rocks, and different textures. So here we are exploring the neighbours rock garden (or something). Today was a fun day. The next picture, we were trying to get to the park, but when Dylan wants out to walk, he walks. BUT we did not end up going walking. He just pushed the wagon. I did not adjust the wheels, so the wagon kept going around in circles. Round and Round in some condos laneway. He thought it was hilarious. I just let him go around and around and I would jump over the handle. Dylan, isn't mommy funny. ha ha.

I take Dylan to the school next door so he can watch the school buses or the kids play. Here some kids were in gym class out on the field. We played on the sideline benches cheering them on and watching from afar. And of course, pushing his favorite scooter around because it plays music.

Hey mom, let me out of this cage!

Peek-a-boo

Running bases.

Back at the train park. Thus photo looks like another magazine layout. Cute vest from Becky. Dylan loves to watch cars, trucks, construction and here he was gazing at a forklift on a construction site. Very distracted.

Still distracted.

We found thus little red "Rusteze" car. I think from the movie "Cars". He prefers to play woith it over the big outdoor trucks, sorry Helen.

I'll keep trying to get him to play with Big red???

Gazing again at forklift, still holding red car and look Big Red but no touchy.

Rusteze wins again.

Dylan is very cute with his walking. Here is a few pictures to show his steps, and also that he is still holding onto the red car.

Here I am still holding on to the car while on the swing.

And here I am still holding on to the car at the picnic table.

All of Dylan's birthday cards. Thanks everyone, they will make it into his scrapbook (if I get around to doing it........ of course I will).
