Our first stop was the Antonucci house. Kerry is my middle sister and she has two kids (Chelsea and Kyle), a dog (Willow) and a husband (Joe). Kyle did a fabulous job with Dylan getting down and playing on the floor and lending out his bedroom and toys. Dylan and I slept in Kyles single bed and we played with Kyles big fire trucks, lots of wheels. Kyle was kind enough to give Dylan a lot of toys also to take home. Some we were able to fit into my luggage when other remained in Ontario as they were too big for airplane travel. Kerry found a neighbour who lent us a highchair, stroller, play pen and potty. Thanks Kerry. Here are a few pictures.
Dylan with a gift from Kyle, BUT it was too big to bring home. boo hoo, what do we do? Anyone traveling from Ontario to Canmore??
Auntie Suzanne and Dylan
Kyle playing with Dylan. All still in PJ's
Dylan was getting a ride in the laundry basket from Auntie Kerry. She had him giggling like crazy. Kyle wanted to spin him until he vomited. Luckily, mommy was sitting close by (having a needed break - lunch) to stop Kyle from spinning Dylan into a black hole.
Cousins - Kyle, Cameron and Alex all got down to play with Dylan every chance they had.
Next stop was at Nana's. Nana's home is a sanctuary, even if it is tiny. We spent most of our time outside on her grass. It was heaven. Dylan was able to play barefoot, naked, he walked a lot with the stroller support and Nana's neighbour lent us her wagon. We had a great time getting soaked by the hose. Another neighbour down a few blocks stopped me on the street and lent me a rain cover for the borrowed stroller. What a nice neighbourhood. I hope Nana has returned the raincover??

Our final stop was at Suzanne's house. We started off by going to Chudleighs apple farm. What a great spot. Both Nana and I worked there long ago. She in the gift store and I in the bakery. I wish I could remember all the recipes because Chudleighs is very famous now. Didn't they invent the bumble berry or the crumble topping??? As you can see by the photos below, we had a great time - apple picking, tractor riding, petting zoo, straw maze and slides. Thanks Suzanne for a great day and great memories. I loved every minute of it and I am sure Dylan did also.

Dropping Cameron and Alex off at the school bus pick up. Well, Dylan and I had to drop the kids off as he loves school buses. He knows what they are. I sing the school bus song to him every time a bus goes in front of our house and we visit the neighbourhood school and watch all 14 pick up the kids.
Well, that was Ontario. It was a great trip. Great weather and great family. I love you all.
