Dylan Flying at 40,000 feet

So, the three of us took a trip to Thunder Bay for Gramp's 60th Birthday / retirement party. Mom (me) was a little bit nervous, but all went amazingly well. The flight there was a little hard with Dylan fighting naps (as usual).

I finally got him asleep

Great Aunt Helen, Gramps, Gram, Auntie Jen and Uncle Matt and Aunt Heidi.

Dylan was quite a little social butterfly. (Gabe's brother Matt with his dog Lily.) Thunder Bay itself was fun. Everyone who had not met Dylan showed for the party. The Party was held at Gabe's sister in-laws (Jen) camp on Cummings Lake. Dylan was able to get some swims in.

Dylan' first swim, all smiles and kicks.

Playing on the beach at camp

Dylan's second canoe ride, only 1/2 hr nap (too bad). We saw loons and a baby, Great Blue Heron, Golden Eyes, Bald Eagle....

Weeeeeee.....

My very own boat - Thanks Auntie Jen and Gram

I might not eat anything mom cooks, but see me go on this raw zucchini.

Gabe was able to play on his computer and sleep in the hammock, and I was successful at putting Dylan down for naps in bed (so I got in a few naps also).

But the flight home was exceptional with one nap and sitting the rest of the way on our laps.
